LINKING FROM AND TO THE JSE WEBSITE
Links to third party websites from the JSE website are for information only. These linked websites are not under the control of the JSE and the JSE accepts no responsibility for or liability arising from access to, or the information provided on, any website which is linked from the site, or any hyperlink contained in a linked website. You link to any such website entirely at your own risk.

If you wish to establish a link to the JSE website, the link must include the JSE web address "www.jse.co.za". The name to be used in the link is "JSE Limited". If you wish to use the JSE logo, permission must be obtained in advance in writing from the head of the JSE's Marketing and Business Development Division

You may not, under normal circumstances provide a link to the JSE Financial Portal that allows your users to by-pass the JSE Financial Portal’s requirement for each individual visitor to register on their first visit and to login on subsequent visits. If you do however want to provide seamless access for your users to the information in the Financial Portal then contact one of the JSE data vendors who provide this service. Should you require assistance in this process please contact the Information Product Sales team at the JSE.
Neither this site nor any of its pages may be included in any other website. Instead, a link to the JSE website is required at all times.

A website that links to the JSE website may not and does not in any way imply affiliation with the JSE, unless this is actually the case and permission has been granted in writing by the JSE.
